1. Permission to submit
You may submit material only if you are at least 18 and have the right to provide it. You represent that the information is reasonably accurate and that displaying the material will not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights.
2. Driver-photo rules
Driver-profile submissions may include only a photograph of a racing car. Do not submit portraits, private personal images, unrelated logos, confidential information, unlawful material, or images you do not have permission to share. Advertising artwork is governed separately by the Advertising and Donation Terms.
3. License to GridRated
You keep any ownership rights you have. By submitting material, you grant GridRated a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, resize, crop, format, distribute, and use it in connection with operating, promoting, and archiving GridRated. This license lasts while the material is used by GridRated and for reasonable backup and archival periods. You may request removal, but removal may not be immediate and does not affect lawful prior use.
4. Review and removal
Submissions do not publish automatically. GridRated may verify, edit for formatting, reject, remove, or replace material for any lawful reason. GridRated may suspend repeat submitters of infringing or abusive material.
5. Factual corrections and profile concerns
A driver, authorized representative, rights holder, or other affected person may request correction or removal review. Identify the profile or content, explain the issue, provide the requested correction or action, and include enough information for GridRated to evaluate the request. Verification may be required.
6. Copyright notices
If you believe material on GridRated infringes your copyright, email keagothelunatic@gmail.com with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact GridRated URL and description of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
GridRated may remove or disable material while reviewing a notice and may notify the submitter. Knowingly sending a materially false notice may create liability.
7. Counter-notices
If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal was mistaken, and providing your name, contact information, signature, and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law. GridRated may forward the counter-notice to the complaining party.
DMCA registration status
This page provides a contact process for copyright complaints. It does not state that GridRated has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Registration requires additional public contact information, including an eligible physical address, and should be completed with legal guidance if GridRated seeks federal DMCA safe-harbor protection.
